Just need to talk..

So im 5 months pp and my boyfriend just told me he doesn't find me attractive anymore because I've gained a lot of weight. I just don't know what to do.. im so hurt by this and he acted like it was okay because he was just being honest with me. He said he loves me but he just doesn't want to have sex with me. It's like he is repulsed by me.
