Do you wear pads? I feel pretty normal usually but I wear tampons. And baby wipes when I use the restroom.

Hmm, I used tampons in the past. My cramps are so bad sometimes tampons make the pain worse. Maybe I’ll start trying them again. At least on days when my cramps aren’t as bad

I too think pads can cause you to feel “dirty” on your period. I also use tampons and feel pretty normal while on my period.
