Hi all! So I had a vaginal u/s with my fertility doctor on 2/14 (I was 7wk) we saw baby moving, heard and saw heartbeat! I scheduled a private u/s today so my girls could see the baby. They only did abdominal u/s. The tech couldn’t find anything!?!?! She said it may be too early for an abdominal u/s. I don’t feel like she went down far enough - like over my pubic bone area. My bladder was full, she had me empty it and still nothing. I’m so upset and worried!!! Any reassurance out there!?!
