It will change off and on by the sonogram. I would just stick to the original due date they gave you.

My OB said if it’s within 4 days (yours is 3) you go by you LMP

You go by LMP unless your OB tells you otherwise. US date estimates are only an estimate and are not accurate. They are expected to be off by 7 days because it is just based on the average size of a baby that stage.
