I got engaged Jan 25th 2019! Heres a pic of the ring when he proposed. I love it SO much.

But now its been a month and its super dull. :( I tried soaking it in warm water and dishsoap for 45 minutes and then scrubbed it with a toothbrush, and this is what it looks like after all that:

How can I get the sparkly-ness back?? :( I dont want to make my fiance feel bad by calling the jeweler and asking if theres something wrong. Anyone have any tricks that will remove the dullness??
