What could be going on?

So I am currently 19 weeks 1 day. Right now I am really dizzy and I keep seeing colored spots and I’m really short of breath and my hands and feet are slightly swollen...I feel as if I’m going to pass out. Anyone have any ideas as to what’s going on? And should I go to the hospital?

Sounds like high blood pressure which can be managed in hospital initially. It’s pretty scary so don’t wait.

I was having that problem (I didn't notice my hands or feet swelling though) a couple weeks ago and my doctor said to make sure I was eating a lot of protein especially if i had something carb or sugar heavy.
I haven't had a spell like that since I've been watching my intake.
It could be something else though, i would call your doctor to be safe.
