I need help!

So currently I am 68 days late, took 1-2 tests a week since I missed my period all negative! So fast forward to today this morning I had a a solid red kinda like spotting? But only one wipe and it was completely gone! I have a doc on the 5th and occasionally I'm getting some cramping any answers would be greatly appreciated
