Measuring BIG?!

Question

I’m considered high risk due to epilepsy and congenital heart disease. I have velamentous cord insertion so I have growth ultrasounds once a month. Four weeks ago sweet babe was in the 59th percentile, but today at 31 +5 she is weighing 5lb 9oz. FIVE POUNDS!! This cannot be true; from the 59th percentile to the 99th in only 4 weeks. My vag is scared.... look at those chunky cheeks.

In the 3rd trimester the weight can be off up to pound. Either high or low

If 5 and a half pounds scares you don't look up average birth weights 😂 my daughter was 5 lbs 9 oz and was very very small at birth. We almost didn't get to take her home on time because she lost half a pound in the few days after her birth and the hospital we delivered at didn't let babies under 5 pounds leave.
