Have anybody that a homebirth? And how was the experience ?

I made a appointment with a midwife to start my journey to do a home birth. I’m nervous! But I’m choosing to do so because I want to be able to have a bonding moment with my fiancé and baby, something that I didn’t get to have at the hospital. Everything was 1,2,3 .. super quick and.Definitely not memorable !

My sister in law did it and loved it. She’s pregnant with her second and plans to do it again. She did a water birth. Having the relaxed environment where you are comfortable would be awesome. I plan to do the same. Not sure about the water birth but definitely a home birth so I can have family time and not have my baby taken from me.

I was set for a homebirth the second time, and then went into labor 4.5 weeks early 😂.  I was hoping for a birth center birth this time but found out today I’m not a candidate because I’ve had two births with retained placentas 😭.  If you have your homebirth, enjoy what I missed out on ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
