What does your nausea feel like?

I think it’s started for me last night... I’m 7 weeks and thought I got lucky but all day today I feel super lightheaded with a headache and I constantly feel like I have something in my throat and I need to throw it up 😩

Hard to explain. I know everyone is different but for me it’s almost like a lighter version of motion sickness. I have to keep food in my belly to keep it from coming. If my stomach is empty it gets intense and I actually feel like I’m going to vomit. I haven’t yet though thank goodness.

I'm either sick to my stomach and can't eat anything or like today if I'm standing for too long I start to feel dizzy and instantly get cold sweats and the urge to vomit 🤢
