First Gyno Appointment

Sooo i’ve been to the gyno to get birth control and everything, but they’ve never actually checked me down there. I have an appointment on wednesday and i want to be checked out to see if everything is okay. I’m sure it is, but i’m so nervous in general. I haven’t been stressing about it until now. Any tips to help me stress less?? i could really use them 🙁
