Is a good relationship supposed to feel magical or peaceful?

Either should be a good answer too. Magical for some is way too good to be true. And sometimes you just need time to be able to know the person you’re with. 
So if doesn’t feel magical now, that doesn’t mean it will not become magical later. 
However, in my opinion it should feel peaceful a bit sooner in the relationship. 
Yes, it is could be tough work in the beginning, but that’s different than peaceful.
What I mean is that you will work hard in looking nice for him/her and planning and freeing time in our busy world for fun dates. 
But once you are with each other on that date, it SHOULD feel peaceful and calming, regardless of if you’re nervous because you like each other and have butterflies. 
I know this sounds conflicted but that’s what I think it should feel like.
