get bio oil!! you can find it at cvs, walmart, target, pretty much any drugstore i think! it is a little bit pricey for a drugstore product but it is well worth it. cleared up my dark spots very quick and so far is the only thing that has worked for me. :)

Lightly exfoliate with a body scrub. I had something similar on my arms and it really helped.
