Baby steps!
This week I will be 6 weeks postpartum and am down 26lbs. I fit into my pre pregnancy jeans after 2 weeks, but was already down 18lbs so it doesn’t feel like a victory. I want to keep that momentum going and get back to a healthy weight and BMI. Currently I am 228lbs. I feel like I’m stalled and need another baby step since my diet is finally under control.... the first pic is me 2 days before baby at 254lbs and the other is me today
