Late period. Negative tests.

Is it possible to be 2 days late with negative tests and Still be pregnant? With my son I got + 6 days before my period. I'm so confused. I am never late at all! Picture of test I took today. 😣 I am 13dpo and have been nauseous and peeing way more frequently for a week. Ugh!
