HELP! Accidentally ate moldy raspberries at 21 weeks
I'm in my 21st week of pregnancy and I've been chowing down on raspberries like crazy for weeks. Today after eating a whole bunch I saw that many if them had green sometimes black stuff on the inside. I realized they must be moldy, but I had already eaten a bunch. They tasted fine. This night my stomach is upset with bad cramping and gas. No vomiting or diarrhea though. Now Im afraid I might have harmed the baby. Does anyone know if moldy fruit / raspberries are likely to harm an unborn baby?
Update: thank you ladies for putting my mind at ease. I called the doctor just to be safe and she confirmed what you have all said. No harm done to baby, just to myself so I'm very relieved 😊😊
