Does Preseed ever expire?

I think I bought it a little over a year ago. Also, does anyone ever have any cramping after inserting it with the applicators it comes with?

There should be an expiration date or something that looks like a tuna can that's been opened with a number. Something like 6 or 12 it means it has 6 months after opening

Yes it expires, i’ve used it for 2 cycles & never had cramping with it but i did notice after using it, it made my body hard to have cm again.

I got  uti because of this . I don’t recommend it
