On January 21st I got Kyleena inserted, the process itself was painful. The cramping afterwards was like normal period cramps for me. I had light spotting for about 2-2.5 weeks everyday. But, since not much sporting. As of a couple days ago, I would have been due for my period. I figured it would be messed up because of just getting Kyleena inserted. This morning I started getting extremely bad cramping, so bad it hurts to move or even be touch even slightly. It subsided throughout the day, but at night it started up again and it’s really bad. I’ve taken meds, I’m laying on a heating pad, I dont know what to do. The pain is miserable. I’m not sure if this is supposed to be my period starting and it’s just all messed up. If you ladies have any suggestions on what helped you with the pain, or if this is not normal to have extreme cramping this long after getting inserted please let me know.
