Do you know what you want in life?

Aimee

I'm 27, and I cannot decide on anything that I want in life. I don't know if I want to live in the city or country. I don't know if I want to get married or not. I don't know if I want to have children. I don't know what type of career I really want (or would enjoy). I don't really have a clue or direction. Does anyone else have this problem? Everytime that I think I know what I want, I end up changing my mind. Do any of you struggle with this?

I have a decent life, but I never seem to know if I'm truly happy or not. Does that make sense?

I’m an ISFJ so very similar. I thought I knew what I wanted...pursued it and then years later kinda transitioned into a different mindset and what I wanted changed and that’s ok. I’m 32 and only just now knowing what I DONT WANT and as long as I avoid that I’m ok with testing, trial and error with anything else that I try out. There’s no age deadline for having your sh*# together

It does show ideal career paths, but I'm not sure that they interest me. I'm an INFJ

I found out what I wanted by separating myself from everybody and social media

That's something that I've really been considering. I've barely been on my social media lately because everybody seems to post such negative crap.

I mostly know what I want out of life, but when it comes to my career that's where I have no idea. I have my associates in business, and have a good job thanks to that but it's definitely not what I want to do for the rest of my life and the reason I haven't gotten my bachelor's.

You just fall into something that is seems to have an ease about it and that your good at it and then that becomes the path you stick to.
