I’m 23, 24 in 6 months ... I have had pcos since 15... I am overweight after gaining so much from a previous very stressful relationship.. I’m at about 194 right now. Anyone have any tips to lose quickly but also use a method that will help with pcos ? Also, my cycle yet again was weird this month. I noticed I got it on February 11th and it drug itself out until yesterday, the 25th. I have been with my boyfriend for over a year. Though this is not the first time it’s gone on for 2 weeks, this last cycle was VERY weird. Off and on every day. One day it would be enough to fill one pad for the whole day, the next, it would take all day to see anything. Also very light colored. Last intimate date was Friday February 22nd. Haven’t taken a test in about a month and of course negative. I don’t feel any symptoms so I’m leaning towards ruling out pregnancy. My pcos situation is crazy, last cycle was August 2018. Does anyone know why it would go on for two weeks alongside with waking up nauseous every morning, headaches, back pain, a moderate amount of cramping, and VERY dizzy throughout the day...?
