Many Positive FRERs but Negative Digital?

This was my test from yesterday evening at 10 dpo and my one from this morning at 11 dpo looks about the same...however, I took a digital and it said “not pregnant.” ☹️I’m so confused! I had a miscarriage back in November and PCOS so I’m just terrified.

I didn't take a digital for a while. I knew it would freak me out to see the no lol 
Digitals take way more hcg

Digitals require more of the hcg hormone!! If you re test in a few days it’ll say pregnant for sure!! Congratulations XX
