He has always loved my boobs, but now the leaking so much and he’s having a hard time with that. During sex, he is very hesitant to touch them, never mind even put them in his mouth.

I feel bad. Both for myself and him lol

So I try to “empty” them before sex lol but they still leak so much

Any advice? Or is this just mom life lol?
