23 weeks Lower back pain?

Is anyone dealing with lower back pain through the second trimester? Thanks

21 weeks and have off and on since about 12 weeks. I had it with my first as well. I bought a back support off of amazon which helps! I try to stretch regularly as well. But some days are bad, it literally will feel like my tail bone is cracked in half and the bones are just rubbing together 😭 you’re not alone! Try a back support brace

I only get it if I stand too long. If I try to relax and not stand too much. It goes away. Unfortunately if you are working. And on your feet most of the day. You are going to have constant lower back pain. 23 weeks +1 day myself.

20 weeks and I've been having it for awhile now. My doctor recommended a heat pad every now and then on my back.
