I need help!!!!

I am on day 8(!!!!!!!!) of my period I’m used to 5-6 days, anyway. It’s extremely heavy I was wearing a super pad and just bled through it and down my leg. Yesterday I was going through the super tampons like 1 every hour and a half. Is this normal??? I just started bc to regulate and control my periods but this is just weird
