I am 10 w 1 d today and had my first appointment yesterday with a NP. She asked if I wanted to try to hear the heartbeat and I said of course but after trying for a few minutes she couldn’t hear it. She said that it’s normal because 10 w is still very early and also she thinks I might have a tilted uterus. Even though she told me it is nothing to worry about, I’ve felt so awful since the appointment and can’t stop worrying that something is wrong. This is my first pregnancy with no history of miscarriage but reading all of the comments about losses really have me worried. Has anyone else experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy and baby? I have an US scheduled in two weeks but that seems like a long wait.

Been experiencing lots of awful sickness, fatigue, sore boobs, and food aversions but can’t feel a bump yet.
