Mastitis and oversupply
I’ve got a case of mastitis that’s got me feeling like I’ve been run over by a ton of bricks (though I’m now on antibiotics).
But, I also have oversupply. I don’t want to pump after feeding to empty the breast in case I make the oversupply worse, but maybe I should.
Any advice?
