Thought period, but actually pregnant?

Has anyone ever thought they were about to start a period,  but found out they were pregnant?  I'm 2 days late with a light pink/ light brown spotting. My stomach has been cramping.  I've had a headache and slight nausea.  I'm waiting at least another day until I test.

I have had this. I spotted one day after my Bfp this pregnancy, and everything has been fine. I’m 12.5 weeks now. I did have this with my first pregnancy where I just thought I had a weird period of brownish blood, but I ended up being pregnant with an ectopic. My experience was odd bc My
Fallopian tube had stared to rupture, but I wasn’t in tremendous pain. I’d test now and ask for a blood draw from your dr. It’s probably nothing, and I’m not trying to scare you at all, but I was so glad that I was cautious when this happened to me.

I didn’t have spotting but when I was pregnant with my 2nd I had horrible cramps I was on vacation and kept running to the bathroom every few mins for sure my period was going to start then it didn’t for 3 days and when I got home I took a test and it was positive but it definitely felt to me like it was starting any second. I am trying for baby #3 and last month I had cramping on Monday and Tuesday and was 4 days late but still ended up getting my period on Saturday 😔. Good luck!
