Trying for a better body
Hi, I had my babygirl almost 3 months ago. I lost 21-ish lbs after mostly from breastfeeding. People are saying I’m bigger, and it’s true I am. Before I got pregnant I was around 140 lbs at 5’3 and after I was 190 lbs. Now I’m in the 170s. I never had my dream body which was small toned waist and big booty/ thighs.
So instead of getting my body back; I want to work for a better body. My dream body. I’m starting to eat a little better, drinking more water. Exercising (crunches, squats, jump roping, kickboxing, yoga, etc) at home when I can. But what do I need to do for that body? Like what’s the perfect workout routine/ diet? Because I want to be healthy, in shape, and in love with my body.
