Fertility treatment

So I have FSH of 8.6 and Amh of 2.06. My doctor recommends <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> with clomid and trigger shots. I ovulate regularly and I am afraid this will mess up my cycles and also that it will somehow affect the health of our baby. Any thoughts, advise and positive stories are appreciated.
