Cricket for baby girl?

I saw someone post on Facebook about planning to name their daughter this. Just wanted to see others’ opinions on it. 
I realize it’s none of my business, and it’s not like I will share this with her, just want to see if people thought the same way I did about it.

That’s pretty bad. Crickets are icky AF too. I worked at a pet store and had to clean the thousand crickets people would buy to feed heir animals. They stink. If they were going for a musical type name maybe something like Melody, or Lyra.

I have a friend that named her baby girl Cricket about two years ago....I still can’t believe she named her that. I think it’s horrible and she knows that. Maybe use it as a nickname.

i guess this would depend on where you’re from.. we had someone’s friend or cousin or something come visit us in middle school as like an exchange student from
england i think, and her name
was cricket. i think it’s a sorta cute nickname- like izzy’s nickname from greys anatomy- but that’s about it lol.
