Both of my Fallopian tubes are blocked 😞 Any women in here done IVF because of blocked Fallopian tubes?

I went to the doctor yesterday & both my Fallopian tubes are blocked and are the size of sausages. My OB said it was PID. She gave me a shot for it. Anyone here went through IVF with blocked Fallopian tubes? Was it successful?

I have both my tubes blocked went through with IVF first time worked but sadly loss my baby to unknown matters. Ganna try FET and hopefully it works too. Good luck.

Both tubes are blocked. Right tube was removed due to a hydro. Left tube blocked w/unknown reason. I got pregnant with Ivf and I’m currently pregnant again from a FET. So it’s definitely possible

Yes I had to have both removed due to hydrosalpinx. Once they were removed, it did not affect the odds of IVF at all!

I had one blocked and had it removed. I was given a 2% chance of getting pregnant on our own. My husband also has male factor infertility. I did one retrieval and got 16 eggs and out of 16, 5 made it to day 5. We frozen them and did the transfer a month later. We transferred one and had my son. I transferred another last month and I’m pregnant again. Good luck to you! It’s not cheap but it’s so worth it.
