Looks like what my baby had but on her cheeks only that spread to her face . Took her to the doc . They said it was baby acne mixed with heat rash .  .  . In the winter lol . Guess I had her too cozy . But I used hydrocortisone for 3 days twice a day & it cleared up but her skin was dry so I let her skin breathe for a whole day of nothing then I used aquaphor . Now she's looking like a brand new baby. But it's probably heat rash .

If it was eczema it would be affecting her whole body at least that's what happens when my newborn but it might be also that your baby is allergic to the baby wash your using

My son had a rash like this when he was about a month old and my pediatrician told me to put hydrocortisone 1% on it for 3 days, but I’d ask your pediatrician before doing anything like that. My son doesn’t have eczema, but he has extremely sensitive skin. It could be a reaction to your detergent so try a natural, fragrance free plant-based detergent, like Molly’s Suds or Biokleen. Use it for your whole family, not just the baby, because your baby is still touching your clothes, blankets, etc. Also, try a natural fragrance free shampoo/wash, like Babo Botanicals. At that age I couldn’t use ANY lotion on my son because even the natural stuff would give him a rash like this. Now that he’s older I can use Cerave cream on him, but he’s still sensitive to everything with fragrance. This rash doesn’t look like eczema to me, but your dr knows best so I’d trust him/her. Are you breastfeeding? If so it could be a reaction to something you ate as well.

My nephew looked like this, he has eczema and he wasn't born with it, it showed up later on kinda like this. Talk to your doctor.

It could be esp if she seems itchy. But it looks diff than mine. Prob because shes a baby. Have you talked to her doctor about it
