Confused 🤦

I had bleeding at 12 dpo (2 days before my period due) it was spotting that entire night.. then it slowly got heavy, but NO CRAMPS, and now yesterday it just all of a sudden slowed down, and now I've been spotting light pink, and it's gone already.. so in a way I was only bleeding for 2 and half days.. my periods are usually 5-6 days and CRAMPING..

Is there anyway that could of been an heavy implantation, or am I just crazy lol?

I do go use the bathroom a little more, and I feel dizzy and sick at times... But no sore breasts...
