i’m 21 and the gynecologist just called me and gave me my pap smear results. she said its nothing worrisome but there were “low grade changes” and that i don’t have to see her until next year and that i can’t start smoking and that i need to eat healthier and get more vitamin c. even though she said its nothing worrisome i can’t stop worrying bc someone i know said she has a mild form of hpv and explained her colposcopies and i am terrified to have one of those. if i had hpv, the doctor would have told me i have hpv, right? please help

i can’t call the doctor back bc i can’t reach her atm
