I’m 36+2 and keep feeling these low down waves that feel like period pain. They come every few minutes then pass and don’t seem to be following a pattern.
How far along are you? I’m bouncing gently on my ex ball now, still feeling crampy but not intense.

Could be Braxton Hicks or contractions. If they continue time them. My doctor told me about 5-1-1; call if you’re having contractions lasting at least 1 minute, five minutes apart for at least 1 hour!
