Spotting and cramping a bad sign?

I am TTC my 1st child and tested positive this morning. 4 weeks pregnant. However I have had slight spotting for just under 24 hours and have a little cramping but less spotting this morning. That seems like a bad sign to me. Is this something that can happen and be fine?

Not trying to scare you but similar happened to me & I was told it was a chemical pregnancy😔

As long as you don't start bleeding heavily I think you'll be fine.
