How often are you pumping?

I want to maintain supply but is it “established” yet? Baby boy just about 4 months. How often are you pumping at work?

Im pretty much exclusively pumping. I pump once when i get up 9/10am, then once around 2/4pm, then once around 10/11pm and once at 2/3am. I get about 8-16 ounces each session

My son eats more frequently when I’m at home with him but at work I pump three times.i bf feed him at about 6:30, I pump at 9:00, pump @12:00, pump @3:00, bf upon pickup around 4:30. Then feed again at about 7:00 for the night he doesn’t sleep through the night and wakes up twice. I was trying to exclusively breastfeed and that had me pumping every two hours at work but I was getting so stressed out at work. Now that he’s three months old we have daycare supplement with 2-3oz and we do the same at home now and I’ve been able to space my pumping to 3 hours which makes it much better for balance for me since I have to pump for 15-20 to get a good amount (small chest so I have smaller storage). I pump for 15-20 minutes 5 times a day - once at 12:30am and then every 3-5 hours after my daughter gets up (roughly 7:30am, 11:30am, 3:30pm, 8pm). I can get anywhere from 4-7oz in each pump which has been more than enough to feed her and freeze some.
