What do I do?

I'm leaving the area soon but rn my abuser is right across the street, visiting a friend. I can't go outside, he'll see me. I can't call anyone to pick me up. I can't do anything rn. Don't have a restraining order, but he isn't doing anything that should be bothering me. He's just over there with a friend. However it's enough to make me terrified of even going outside with my kid. This is the third time I've seen him physically since separation and the second time across the street. I know he's been there more often but actually seeing him is terrifying me.

Is there anything I can do?
