I looked through these posts and have searched the internet but can’t find info on these specific numbers. I got 149 on the 1 hour which is why I tested for 3 hours. Here are the results and I’m pretty confused. It seems like before I even got the juice I was testing high then my levels normalized? Sorry, this is my first time with GD and I’m worried and confused. I appreciate any info and help. Thanks!
