I'm 1 day late as well. My period is normally like clockwork. But, I have only been slightly crampy and sore boobs. I'm sure my cycle is coming soon... One thing I normally get is spotting the day before it starts, and that hasn't happened yet. So, maybe it's just thrown off this month🤷🏾‍♀️... Good luck to you either way.
