I’m 27 years old with a 5 month old.

My husband and I decided we want our children very close in age so I’m getting my nexaplanon removed out of my arm on Friday and then it’s on from there. It took me about 5 months five or take to get pregnant with my first.

I’ve hear different stories of ladies getting pregnant right after getting the Nexaplanon removed but has anyone experience having a period for almost the entire time having the BC? I got mine put in December 28th went back to work Jan 18th and started my period that day and it has been spotting/period ever since then.

Does this count as a period? So will I automatically start ovulating after it’s removed?

I know everyone is different and I’ll probably get the best answers from my obgyn when I get it remember but I’d just like to hear from anyone that experienced this BC when TTC!
