I'm scared.

Can this be real? I had a chemical pregnancy in May 2018.. I'm so afraid it's going to happen again. This test was taken a night my boobs feel so bruised. I've cramps very like period cramps but not as intense.. I know there is two lines and it has colour but I'm just so scared. I haven't even told my partner.. period due tomorrow.
