Can’t watch shows by myself?

Question

I can’t watch a show by myself without getting on my phone a million times and I can’t pay full attention. 
I can only fully focus on a show when someone is there to watch it with me. 
Am I weird? Anyone else?

Honestly same. I feel like I need to be doing something with my hands which usually causes me to snack...  sometimes I play with slime or paint my nails or something that takes minimal attention so I can watch the show but also not get on my phone from lack of movement
