Eating problems
Hey guys I haven’t been keeping a journal but lately (past 4-5 weeks) I haven’t been eating much and when I do it’s been junk food. For today I ate some Cheetos and later a few gummy bears but that’s all I’ve had all day. I don’t know how to get out of this rut. Does anyone have any advice? I’m usually super healthy and I’m actually vegetarian and I was on a strong lifestyle of eating veggies and 3 meals a day. I would love any advice. Thank you all in advance. ❤️
