Hello Ladies! I am brand new to this app but my husband and I are going to be trying to conceive here in the next couple of months. I am to be (hopefully!) a first time mom, and I just have a lot I’m unsure of. I just got off my period on Sunday, and am now off of birth control. I am curious if you were on birth control before trying to conceive, how long did it take you to start ovulating again?

Also, my husband and I took a trip to Jamaica in mid-January. According to the CDC website, it recommends waiting three months before TTC. So we are using condoms until mid April. Have any of you had to wait out Zika virus? Did everything go ok for you?
