What do I do?

I’m so heartbroken and I need someone to give me a ton of advice and to talk to 💔 it’s a very, very long story but to make it short, I got played and I’m extremely upset

talk to someone who you can trust..I know the feeling of being heartbroken by a person who means so much to you..but the only way your going to get over it is move on..I know it’s harder than it sounds but try to focus on yourself and your needs..your going to get angry and upset, your going to cry and scream into your pillow..but anger and sadness is what holds us back from being our best selves. It holds us back from being better..it’ll take time to heal but to start healing you need to look more into yourself and find out more about yourself and you need to be patient..patience and change are the hardest things for us to accomplish and hey..just know your not alone, I’m trying to move on and become better from everything that’s happened..
