Swimming is amazing in the 3rd. Being weightless gave my body such a nice rest. I would just swim slow, easy laps for like 45 mins and take breaks to just float. It was the only time I was totally pain free in the last few weeks.

Swimming is good! I’ve heard no on cycling due to the risk of falling. But I’ve heard no to a lot of stuff that doesn’t seem too risky to me🤷🏻‍♀️ Ask your doc!

I know swimming is, thankfully. I'm a swim instructor, so I'd be out of a job if I wasn't allowed to swim. Not 100% sure about cycling. My grandma is holding my bike hostage until after I have baby girl.
