Could be a yeast infection... but then you said it’s smelly 🤔 best to be seen by your doctor!

Put a pad there to keep it dry. 
Use dial soap to clean and make sure to completely air dry

Go to your Dr!! That's infection and you need to be treated ASAP.

It may be infected. I didnt had that, mine just hurt and it looked very red and it was infected.
