Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a breastfed baby to take a bottle?

My baby is refusing any type of bottle and he’s 3 months. Doesn’t matter if it contains breastmilk or formula he refuses it all. He’s taken formula fine before and bottles with breastmilk. He’s just refusing to take the bottle and we don’t know what to do. We have tried many different bottles such as Dr. Browns, Avent, NUK simply natural, Tommee Tippie, and Lansinoh.
