CP Confusion
Ok I think I need someone’s help! When I am charting my CP I get confused on what high and low mean.
This is how I have been charting it and I think it may be wrong.
High = cervix is higher up in the vagina.
Low = cervix is low, closer to opening.
Can someone confirm this for me?
